Four ways to work together

I come in early and stay close

The earlier I am involved, the better the outcome. I stay close enough throughout that what arrives on site matches what was intended.

Every product needs a reason to exist

Before a single line is drawn, I want to understand what the product needs to do, who it is for, and why it deserves to exist.

I know how furniture actually gets built

Seven years across manufacturers means the ideas I generate are grounded in how things are made. The gap between concept and finished product stays as small as possible.

01

Sprint

Execute the brief
For when you know what you want and need it done well and quickly
From £2,000
Right for you if
“I know exactly what I need. I just need someone to design it well.”

The Sprint is for clients who arrive with a resolved brief. You know the product, the context, and roughly what you are after. I bring the design craft concept directions, material references, sketches, and basic technical drawings and deliver it in 1 to 2 weeks.

Designed for interior designers. Scoped to 1 to 2 products. For larger ranges I will put together a bespoke proposal.

50% upfront. Balance on delivery. 1 to 2 week turnaround.

What's included
Brief intake + alignment
Up to 3 concept directions
Sketches + basic technical drawings
Mood + material references
1 round of revisions
Handover pack
Start a Sprint → 50% upfront. Balance on delivery.
02

Concept to Production

Strategy through to product
For when there's an opportunity but the product isn't defined yet
From £12,000
Right for you if
“We know there is an opportunity. We just don't know what the product should be yet.” Or: “We have a brief but it's a bigger range and we need someone to lead it.”

This is my core offer. It starts with understanding your market, your customer, and where the real opportunity sits. Then it moves through concept development, CAD, material specification, supplier liaison, and ends with a product that is ready to manufacture.

Think of it as four agency phases in one committed engagement. Discovery, strategy, design, and delivery without the handoffs, the markup, or the months of waiting between stages.

Milestone-based payments across 2 to 5 months. For interior designers and furniture brands.

What's included
Brand + market immersion
Competitor + trend analysis
Opportunity mapping + product strategy
Concept directions + development
Full CAD + technical drawings
Materials + finish specification
Supplier liaison + prototype review
Production-ready tech pack

03

Partnership

Embedded design arm
For brands who need a designer thinking alongside them, not just when briefed
From £3,500 / month
Right for you if
“We need a designer who is part of the team, not just hired when we remember to.”

The Partnership is for brands building a product range over time who need consistent design thinking, not a series of disconnected project briefs. I become part of your NPD process, shaping ideas before they go to suppliers, turning around pitch visuals when a tender lands, and making sure your range develops with design intent rather than just manufacturing logic.

3-month minimum. Rolling monthly after that. CAD assets quoted separately.

Monthly invoice. 3-month minimum commitment. For furniture brands and manufacturers.

What's included
Priority access + fast response
Up to 8 design days per month
Ongoing R&D input across range
Monthly strategy + review call
Supplier brief + liaison support
Ad hoc pitch visuals + tweaks

Assets

CAD + Revit production
For when your products exist but aren't getting specified
Quoted per product
Right for you if
“Our products exist. We just don't have the files that architects and specifiers actually need.”

Without the right CAD and Revit files, your products don't get specified. It is that simple. This is a production service. I manage the build, the QA, and the delivery of parametric Revit families, CAD blocks, and export packages across your range.

Priced per product based on the number of configuration types. Get in touch with your product list and I will turn around a quote.

50% upfront. Balance on delivery. Send your product list to get a quote.

File types available
Revit families (parametric)
AutoCAD blocks (2D + 3D)
3Ds export
SketchUp export
Configuration options built in
QA + proofing included

We can work it out together
Common questions
Can I start with a Sprint and move into something bigger?

Yes. A Sprint is often a good way to start working together. It is a low-commitment way to see how we work, and if the project grows, we can move into Concept to Production or a Partnership from there.

What if my brief changes during the project?

It happens and it is fine. For Sprints, significant scope changes are handled with a short conversation and a revised quote. For Concept to Production and Partnership, flexibility is built in because the process is designed to evolve as we learn more.

Do you work with small businesses or larger brands only?

Both. The Sprint suits smaller businesses or individual designers with a specific product need. Concept to Production and Partnership are built for brands serious about growing a range and needing consistent design thinking to do it properly.

Why a 3-month minimum for Partnership?

Because meaningful design work takes time. A month is not enough to understand your range, your suppliers, and your market properly. Three months is the minimum to start making decisions that actually move your product forward.

Do you handle supplier relationships?

Yes. Supplier liaison is included in Concept to Production and Partnership. I have established relationships across upholstery, case goods, metal, stone, and joinery, and I manage the back-and-forth so the brief does not get lost in translation.

What do I need before we start?

For a Sprint, a clear brief and some reference points. For Concept to Production, a sense of the opportunity even if the product is not defined. For Partnership, a willingness to share your roadmap and let me into the process early. The earlier I am involved, the better the outcome.
